A physical disability may be defined as a person's limitation on physical functioning mobility or stamina such person are also called as differently abled

Many children have difficulty with reading ,writing or other learning releated task at some  point of time ,but this does not mean they have learning disabilites.
A child with a learning disability often has several related signs ,and these presist over time .the signs of learning disabilites vary from person to person
